The FZR 1000 was a superbike right from the start, in 1987. By 1989 it had a top speed of 167 mph, it had pulling power from low revs, seamlessly, up to the red line at 11,500 rpm. Production ran through till 1995. Included are road & comparison tests plus full performance data. Models reported on: Genesis, EXUP, OWO1, FXUP, RU, AC and the Vance & Hines specials.
This collection is a valuable historical testimony, consisting of photocopies of articles published in the most important industry magazines in English. The articles include road tests, comparisons, and often in-depth technical descriptions. Although it represents significant documentation on the history of motoring, it is not known for its high typographical quality, as it consists of simple photocopies or facsimile reproductions.
