After the Scottish Rally, the scene turned to England, for a British Lambretta Rally at Woburn Abbey. Climbing the scooter was also a popular pastime, and the highlights shown in this documentary capture all the action.
Competition continued on to Brands Hatch, England and the Isle of Man where the annual Motor Scooter Rally saw participants race the famous TT circuit. Scooter sport was so widespread that even the 1959 SSDT, one of the toughest motorcycle competitions in the world, had a class for them.
