In 1973, the Lancia Stratos Marlboro came second with the drivers Sandro Munari and Juan Claude Andruet and, in 1974, won with Gerard Larrousse and Amilcare Ballestrieri. In 1976 the Lancia Stratos Rino Fabbri Editore came second overall, with the drivers Carlo Facetti and Gianfranco Ricci.
