In this volume – the result of eight years of research by the ASI History and Museums Commission – over 250 Collections and Museums dedicated to cars, motorcycles, trucks, agricultural vehicles, airplanes, trains, boats, bicycles and carriages are catalogued, described and documented.
The aim of the work is to offer an overview of the numerous realities present in our country, the result of passion, dedication, research. Some collections are better known, others less known but still precious witnesses of the twentieth century. Of all the realities the book provides addresses, telephones, web contacts, thus helping the visitor to discover MIDA, the Italian Diffuse Automobile Museum.
