The book examines the subjective legal positions of road users – consumers within the general reference legislation of the Italian Highway Code.
Consisting of five chapters, it begins with an examination of the historical evolution of road regulations, followed by an in-depth analysis of speeding violations detected with speed cameras and tutors, and of violations for access to restricted traffic areas and preferential lanes detected remotely with devices electronic, to finally arrive at violations for parking restrictions, including paid parking, and those carried out with the street control system. The last part briefly examines the administrative appeals before the Prefect and jurisdictional appeals before the Justice of the Peace.
