The author, Danilo Castellarin, revives this character by retracing his life and that of those who lived by his side such as his children Olga and Arturo and those of those who worked with him, including pilots with marked personalities, who spoke to enthusiasts and journalists without repeating the poems learned by heart to please the sponsors. Even Chiti, as a good Tuscan, spoke frankly and the book reports his lashing and controversial statements, drawing them from the chronicles of the time.
