Johnson Brett

Brett Johnson bought his first 356 Porsche in 1971, a $325 356A cabriolet.

In the following years he bought, rebuilt and sold many 356 Porsches and other sports cars. In 1975 he became editor of the restoration column in the fledgling 356 Registry magazine. The column’s subject matter gradually drifted from restoration to authenticity, which served as the basis for his renowned 356 authenticity book. In addition to his passion for Porsches, Brett is also a practising veterinarian in Indianapolis.
