Cservenka Ken

Having owned and repaired various models of Volkswagen since 1969, Ken Cservenka is a well known figure around the VW show scene.

As well as being an occasional Concours d’ Elegance judge, he is renowned for his photography. His articles, photography and answers to technical queries have appeared in several popular magazines. He has also provided photography for several books and has previously co-written two books for the Veloce Buyer’s Guide series. Supplied for vw T4 buyer’s guide: Ken has owned a VW Beetle since 1969 and has continuously owned various Volkswagens ever since. Ken has been involved in the show scene nearly as long, as a Concours judge, photographer and author with detailed knowledge of the mechanical aspects of the marque. Ken has also worked in a VW specialist workshop, at the time, working on mainly the air-cooled models. Ken has contributed technical chapters and photography with other authors and has written a book on rebuilding and maintaining the VW Air-cooled Engine. Ken has contributed features and photography to several magazines, including, VW Motoring, VW Trends, Total VW, Volkswagen Driver and Volkswagen Camper and Commercial.
